Spring soccer information

Pinnacles FC offers a variety of programs for all level of players whether you are just starting out and looking to play locally, or are ready for the challenge of our competitive program playing in the COYSA and TOYSL leagues. The following programs are typically offerred in most of our communities across the South Okanagan each spring.

FIRST STEPS U3-U8 PROGRAMS

SOCCER TOTS

U3-U4 (2022-2023)

Soccer Tots is a fun-filled program for 3–4 year-olds, focusing on building friendships, developing motor skills, and loving movement. Kids will fall in love with the ball while learning soccer basics in an engaging, supportive environment.

SOCCER TYKES

U5-U6 (2021-2020)

Soccer Tykes focuses on making friends, having fun, and building confidence. Kids develop foundational ball-control skills, improve movement patterns, and fall in love with soccer in a playful, supportive environment.

SOCCER MINIS

U7-U8 (2018-2019)

The U7-U8 program transitions players from "first steps" to soccer readiness. Focused on skill development, fostering teamwork, and building strong movement foundations, it prepares kids for future soccer success in a fun, supportive environment. Soccer Minis participate in Community Jamborees, playing against other PFC Minis teams across the South Okanagan.

YOUTH RECREATIONAL TEAMS

U9-U12 (2014-2017)

Experience fun and skill-building in our small-sided games recreational program! Weekly training, local games, and parent coaches with staff support create a positive environment. Teams will participate in our PFC League, playing games across the South Okanagan.

OPEN PLAY

U13+ (2013 and older)

Join us each week for “straight to the pitch” gameplay. Designed for recreational players who need flexibility but still want games. An open, unstructured training/play environment tailored to players in each community. Optional extra games may be added depending on registration numbers. Open to girls and boys.

DEVELOPMENT + COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS

COYSA + COYSA DEV TEAMS

The Development Program provides a structured, team-based environment focused on skill development, enjoyment of the game, and age-appropriate competition within the COYSA Grassroots and COYSA Development Leagues. Players train in a positive, challenging setting that builds confidence, encourages creativity, and supports long-term growth. For the intermediate player looking to continue their soccer developement.

COMPETITIVE TEAMS

The Competitive Program supports advanced player development through structured training and development-appropriate league competition in the TOYSL League. Players build technical skills, confidence, and teamwork in a positive, team-focused environment that prepares them for competitive play.

Our keeper program supports goalkeepers at every stage, from beginners learning the basics to experienced players pushing their game further. Training progresses from fun, confidence-building foundations to more advanced, game-focused sessions for those ready to challenge themselves.
